The trooper's report says the crash happened sometime between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Scott Road -- three or four miles from Pleasanton near 700th Road when the South-bound tractor veered East into a ditch and Campbell was thrown off and pinned underneath the Case International tractor.
