Bates County Sheriffs Office: Traffic stop leads to warrant arrest

On May 11, 2015, A Bates County Sheriff's Office Deputy conducted a traffic stop and arrested 31 year old Jason Detienne on the following warrants:
  • City of Rich Hill warrant for Failure to Appear.
  • City of Butler warrant for Driving while License Revoked.
  • Bates County warrant for Driver/Front Seat Passenger Fail to Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened seat belt.
  • Bates County warrant for Owner Operator Motor Vehicle without Financial Responsibility.
  •  Bates County warrant for Possession of up to 35 grams of Marijuana.
  •  Bates County warrant for Driving while Revoked / Suspended - 1st Offense.
  • Bates County warrant for Driving while Revoked / Suspended - 2nd or Offense.
  •  Bates County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
  • Bates County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
