Obituary - Christopher Landsberg

Chris P. Landsberg, 57, of Tightwad, Missouri died early Wednesday morning, November 25, 2015 as the result of a motor vehicle accident.

He was born October 12, 1958 in Odessa, Mo., the son of Paul Jay Landsberg and Phyllis Maxine (Norcross) Landsberg.

Chris married Christina M. Titus on February 16, 1980 in Clinton, Mo., and she survives of the home. Chris was employed as a beekeeper and also with Tracker Marine in Clinton. He was a member of the Restoration Branch where he served as an elder, a Sunday school teacher, and was on the building committee. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, hunting with his grandchildren, and following his children and grandchildren's sports activities.

In addition to his wife, surviving are one son, Paul Allen Landsberg and wife Casey of Racket, Mo.; one daughter, LaChrisha Marie Gray and husband Jeffery of Little Rock, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Melissa Pierce, Michael Pierce, Paul Jay Landsberg, Alan Landsberg, and Dallas Christopher Gray; his mother, Phyllis Landsberg of Bates City, Mo.; two brothers, James Scott Landsberg and fiance' Stephanie of Oak Grove, Mo., and Douglas Landsberg and wife Tammy of Windsor, Mo.; his mother-in-law, Viola Titus of Clinton, Mo.; three brothers-in-law, Michael Marshall of Bates City, Mo., Victor Titus and wife Debby of Farmington, New Mexico, and Bruce Titus and wife Patty of Copeland, Kansas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, and one sister, Amy Marshall on October 24, 2015.

Memorial services will be at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, November 28, 2015 at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton, Mo. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., just prior to the service at the funeral home. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Church of Jesus Christ Restoration Branch Building Fund, and these donations may be left in care of the funeral home.
