McClelland, age 78 of Butler, Missouri died Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Bates County Memorial Hospital in Butler. He was born November 26, 1936 to Claude Castle and Bernice Sweet McClelland in Dadeville, Missouri.
Frank is survived by his wife, Norma McClelland of Butler, Missouri; one son, Terry McClelland and wife Robin of Linn Valley, Kansas; three daughters, Sherry Tompkins and husband Craig of Belton, Missouri, Tammy Raffurty and husband Michael of Sterling, Colorado and Pammy Smith and husband Ken of Albuquerque, New Mexico; 10 great-grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, J.C. McClelland and Jim McClelland; and four sisters, Ernestine Neil, Margaret Gann, Percien Hotchkiss and Virginia Vest.
