On 12/27/15 around 6:27 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 32 year old Victor A. Borden of Peculiar, Missouri.Mr. Borden was arrested for 1.) Driving while Intoxicated 2.) Expired Registration 3.) Failure to drive on the right half of the roadway 4.) Driving while suspend.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
