On 1/1/16 around 9:22 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County arrested 17 year old Tyler R. Hiser of Adrian, Missouri.Mr. Hiser was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance 2.) Possession of less than 35 grams of Marijuana 3.) Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was booked into the Cass County Detention Center and later released.
