| On Feb. 29, Michael Emerick, 40, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class A misdemeanor domestic assault-third degree. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from an incident the previous evening when St. Clair County deputies responded to a physical domestic call in progress on NE 309 Road, Osceola. The investigation revealed Emerick allegedly struck a family member above the left eye with a closed fist. He was taken into custody and transported to the St. Clair County Jail. |
