On 7/24/16 around 2:23am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 23 year old Patrick J. Necessary of Fayettevulle, Arkansas.Mr. Necessary was arrested for 1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2.) Driving While Suspended.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.
