Arrest Warrants Issued in St. Clair County

On Wednesday, July 20, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Jacob Hudgens, 39, Osceola, for failing to appear in court on an original class C felony charge of domestic assault-second degree. Bond is set at $20,000 cash only. The original charge stems from an investigation on June 19 when St. Clair County deputies responded to a disturbance on NE 276 Road, Osceola.  Hudgens allegedly struck a female victim with a closed fist and choked her on three different occasions.
On July 20, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Michelle Terrell, 38, Wheatland, charging her with class C felony burglary-second degree. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.
The charges stem from an incident on June 29 when St Clair County deputies responded to a burglary in progress on South 17th Street, Collins. During the investigation it was learned Terrell and Troy Osborn unlawfully entered a residence. The homeowner, Kimberly Aldridge, arrived home and found Osborn and Terrell inside her residence. There was evidence several items were gone through in the residence.
Sheriff Keeler urges those with any information related to the location of these individuals to contact the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office Tip Line, 417-646-5832, or email to tips@scsomo.org.
