The Hume Fire Department along with Bates County Sheriffs Deputies and the Missouri State Highway Patrol are in route to a one vehicle accident 1/2 mile South of V Highway on U Highway in rural SW Bates County.The accident is said be a unknown vehicle that has struck a tree that was in the roadway.
We are unsure at this time if anyone is injured in this accident.
