The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 3, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, MO. Funeral services will be held 10:30 am Thursday, August 4, 2016 also at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, Missouri.

Victoria was born March 5, 1944 in Clinton, Missouri the daughter of Leo David and Mary (Hook) Houk. Vickie was a 1961 graduate of Calhoun High School. On October 5, 1961 she married Harold Willard Wright. They celebrated 54 years of marriage. She was employed with Parmalee for 27 years, and also worked at Wal-Mart for a few years. Victoria was a member of the Baptist Temple of Clinton, Missouri. She enjoyed studying genealogy and her family history and cherished photographs from past times. She loved spoiling her grandchildren and they loved her French toast.
Victoria was preceded in death by her parents, and one great-granddaughter, Andra May Turner.
Survivors include her husband, Harold of the home, 3 children; Harold David Wright of Dallas, TX, James Dennis Wright (Karen) of Windsor, MO, and Patricia Ann Martin (Raymond) of Clinton, MO, 3 siblings; Marvin Leo Houk of Clinton, MO, Marilyn Sue Cooper (Jimmy) of Calhoun, MO, and Kathy Denise Schmidili (Ed) of Clinton, MO, 3 grandchildren; April Dawn Bigler, Stephanie Nicole Hursh, and Matthew Wright, and 4 great-grandchildren; Rachelle Dawn Turner, Brendon Allen Hursh, Noah Ryan Turner, and Carsen Wayne Hursh.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, Missouri.
