St. Clair County Sheriff's Office warrant arrests

On Aug. 17, Skyla Carroll, 27, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class A misdemeanor hindering prosecution. Bond is set at $7,500 cash or surety. The charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on June 26, when Carroll aided an individual who was known to be wanted on several felony warrants.
On Aug. 18, a St. Clair County deputy arrested Stephanie Shivers, 36, Lowry City, on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class A misdemeanor assault third degree. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety. The charge stems from an incident on July 28 when deputies responded to Lowry City, in reference to an assault that occurred on North Burdette Street. A female victim reported Shivers attacked and assaulted her.
On Aug. 19, a St. Clair County deputy arrested Maria Gonzalez, 44, Osceola, at the St. Clair County Courthouse on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class C felony assault-second degree. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from an Osceola Police Department investigation on July 28.
