The Missouri State Highway Patrol along with Bates County Sheriff's Deputies, Bates County EMS and Butler Fire Department are on scene of a two vehicle accident in the Northbound Lanes of I-49 around Mile Marker 125.4 ( Rich Hill is Mile Marker 120)The accident is said to be caused by one of the drivers having a possible medical condition.
One patient was transported by ambulance to Bates County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries
