On 9/10/16 around 7:51am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 21 year old Ryan A. White of Adrian, Missouri.Mr. White was arrested for 1.) Misdemeanor Bates County Sheriff's Office Warrant - Taking Wildlife Illegally.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail and is currently listed on a $2,500 cash or surety bond.
