Sailors was arrested at a home at 509 S. Forrest St without incident. During the arrest, police found a gun that may have shot the other man.
Currently Sailors is being held on $50,000 bond; if convicted he could be facing 10 to 30 years for first degree assault, three or more years for armed criminal action and up to four years for the unlawful use of a weapon.
