Man arrested on Class D and Class C Felony in St.Clair County

On Sept. 9, Paul Reaves, 52, Collins, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony unlawful possession of a firearm and class D felony unlawful use of a weapon. Bond is set at $20,000 cash or surety.

The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation the previous day on SE 951 Road, Collins, when deputies responded to a report of a threat. 

During the investigation it was discovered Reaves brandished a long rifle in an angrily and threatening manner. He allegedly made threats to kill a female individual.
