On 9/1/16 the Vernon County Sheriff's Office arrested 35 year old Alan Timbrook of Nevada, Missouri.Mr. Timbrook was arrested 1.) Felony Assault on a police officer 2.) Felony Vehicle tampering 3.) Felony Resisting arrest 4.) Misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated.
He was booked into the Vernon County Jail and placed on a $10,750 bond.
A pre-conference trial is scheduled for September 12th.
