South Central Kansas fugitive considered armed and dangerous

Authorities in South Central Kansas say a registered sex offender loose in Pratt County should be considered armed and extremely dangerous.

34-year-old Bryce Siroky is wanted by the Pratt County Sheriff’s Office for Violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act. Siroky is described as a white male, 6-foot-2, 183 pounds, 34 years old.

He was at a home west of Pratt early this morning. A manhunt started there, and spread into a wooded area northwest of that location, but was called off at about 4:30 p.m.

Approximately 25 officers from the Pratt Police Department, Kansas Highway Patrol, Kansas Department of Wildlife & Tourism, a K-9 unit from Ford County Sheriff’s Office and the Kansas Department of Wildlife & Tourism, as well as officers from the Pratt County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the manhunt.

Again, Siroky is considered armed and extremely dangerous. Anyone seeing him should not try to make contact, but call 911 or the Pratt County Sheriff’s Office at (620) 672-4133
