St. Clair County arrest warrants

On Sept. 16, Hunter Leihy, 19, Tonganoxi, Kan., was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class A misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, class B misdemeanor driving while intoxicated-alcohol, and an unclassified misdemeanor purchase/attempt to purchase or possession of liquor by a minor. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The charges stem from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation on June 29.
On Sept. 16, Jackie Clark, 60, Osceola, was arrested in St. Clair County on a Henry County warrant charging him with class D felony driving while revoked or suspended. Bond is set at $4,500 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on Sept. 12 and the charges stem from Clinton Police Department investigation on May 4.
