The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill has issued a Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Bates County until 3:45am.It's being reported that heavy rain has caused flooding in the towns of Lacygne Kansas and in the Amoret and Amsterdam area of Bates County at this time.
