KCK man arrested in Bates County

Mark E. Dougherty

On 10/23/16 around 9:11pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 38 year old Mark E. Dougherty of Kansas City, Kansas.

He was arrested for 1.) Two Misdemeanor Warrants - Bates County Sheriff's Office.

Mr. Dougherty was booked into the Bates County Jail and he is currently listed as bondable.
