The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1997 Suzuki Katana driven by 50 year old Julianna Lindley of Kansas City, Missouri failed to negotiate a curve causing the bike to travel off the right side of the roadway before striking a sign and ejecting the rider.
Julianna Lindley sustained minor injuries in this accident and she was transported by ambulance to Belton Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The bike received moderate damages and was driven from the scene of the accident.
