Appleton City man arrested in Cass County

On 11/24/16 around 1:45pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County arrested 57 year old Lenard E. Spence of Appleton City, Missouri.

Mr. Pence was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a controlled substance - Methamphetamine 2.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia 3.) No seatbelt.

He was booked into the Peculiar Police Department and later was released.
