Bodies recovered believed to be Pleasanton mother and son

The Kansas Bureau of Investigations is reporting that two bodies found last night near Pittsburg, KS are believed to be those of Betty McNabb and her son Kenneth McNabb who went missing late last week.

David McNabb, 31, of Pittsburg was arrested this week in suspected involvement with the disappearance. He is facing charges of second-degree murder, criminal desecration of a body and interference with a law enforcement officer.

The KBI is saying they are waiting results of autopsies and will release more details as soon as they can confirm identity.
