Four arrested after drug raid in Nevada home

Four people were taken into custody over the weekend, following a search warrant on the 800 block of North Clay Street in Nevada.

According to Vernon County Sheriff Jason Mosher, his Office served a search warrant Saturday morning after receiving drug related information involving multiple people suspected to be living in the home.

The Sheriff said suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and prescription drugs were located inside the home. “With the recovery of scales, and multiple bags commonly used to package methamphetamine, we believe drugs were being sold out of this home.”

Sheriff Mosher said his office is still investigating the incident including where the prescription pills came from.

The names have not been released pending the ongoing investigation and the filing of formal charges.

Mid America Live News will update when names have been released to us from the Vernon County Sheriff's Office.
