The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2004 Ford driven by 60 year old Dennis D. Deepe of Shickley, Nebraska approached a driveway located at 1046 SE Missouri 7 Highway when the 2005 Ford driven by 69 year old Gary E. Young of Riverside, Missouri attempted to cross the highway and pulled into the path of Mr. Deepe vehicle.
A passenger in Mr. Deepe vehicle 86 year old Delores E. Johnson of Shickley, Nebraska sustained minor injuries in this accident and she was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Both vehicles sustained extensive damages in this accident and they were towed from the scene Golden Valley and Precision Tow.
