Tristan Ray Rushly, 13 day infant son of Benjamin and Jamie Rushly of Garden City, Missouri departed this life on Monday, November 21, 2016 at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri

He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Bethany and Kaylee Rushly of the home; his twin brother, Bryant Rushly; his paternal grandparents, Ron and Rachel Rushly, Garden City, Missouri; maternal grandparents, Darrell Cox, Butler, Missouri, Lisa Jones, Garden City, Missouri; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Garden City, Missouri with burial in the Clearfork Cemetery near Garden City, Missouri.
