Oklahoma man arrested in Bates County

On 11/20/16 around 4:39pm the Missouri State Highway in Bates County arrested 34 year old James L.; Matinez of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Mr. Matinez was arrested for 1.) Felony Driving While Intoxicated ( Persistent Offender).

He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.
