One vehicle rollover accident injures three in Bates County

On 11/25/16 around 2:30am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County along with Bates County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle rollover accident on Eastbound Missouri 52 Highway just east of County Road NE 10068 in rural Bates County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2004 Pontiac driven by 46 year old Sherry L. Sperry of Butler, Missouri ran off the right side of the roadway before the driver over corrected causing the vehicle to travel off the left side of the roadway overturning and coming to rest on its top.

Sherry L. Sperry along with a passenger in her vehicle 57 year old Rosemary A. Andrews of Buffalo, Missouri both sustained moderate injuries in this accident and both were transported by ambulance to Bates County Memorial Hospital in Butler, Missouri for treatment.

A third passenger 36 year old Bradley S. Andrews sustained minor injuries in this accident and he will seek his own medical treatment.

The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Don's Tow of Butler, Missouri
