Frank Lester Osborn, 83, Archie, Missouri died Friday, November 11, 2016 at Adrian Manor, Adrian, Missouri. Funeral services will be held 10:00am Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at the First Baptist Church, Archie, Missouri. Burial in Everett Cemetery, Archie, Missouri. 

The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00pm Tuesday, November 15 at the First Baptist Church, Archie, MO. The family suggests contributions to the church. 

Frank was born May 24, 1933 in Austin, Missouri a son of William (Will) and Bessie (Shawgo) Osborn. He was the youngest of thirteen children. The family lived in Austin, Missouri, and Frank attended Austin School #54. After spending a few summers working with his brothers and sisters in California, Frank returned to Archie and became a bulldozer operator for his brother, Roy Osborn. Frank was united in marriage to Shirley Jean Stevens, February 6, 1953 by Rev. Ernest White at the First Baptist Church parsonage in Archie. Frank was drafted into the Army in April 1953, and spent eighteen months in Germany, during the Korean Conflict. After his discharge in 1955 he worked as a heavy equipment operator for Beyers Crushed Rock Company, and Martin Mareitta, retiring in 1998 after 45 years . 

Frank was a member of the First Baptist Church in Archie over 50 years, was a member of Operating Engineers Local #101, and was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict.

He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and four sisters.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Shirley Osborn, Archie MO; Three sons, Steve L. Osborn, (Pam) Harrisonville, Mo , Mark L. Osborn, (Junior Montelongo), San Antonio, TX, and J.D. Osborn,(Michelle), Rogers, AR. A daughter, Suzanne Osborn, FT. Worth, TX. Two brothers, Harold Osborn, (Betty), Grandview, MO and Dale Osborn, (Ruthie), Portland, OR. Three grandsons, Justin Osborn, Joel Osborn, and Kaleb Osborn, and seven great-grandchildren.
