Butler woman arrested after traffic stop in Rich Hill

On 1/11/2017 Ramsey H. Foster age 37 female from Butler was arrested in Rich Hill from a traffic stop conduct by Officer Denham. 

The arrest took place at 6th and Walnut St. vehicle was stopped for defective equipment License plate light not working. 

A search of the vehicle by consent of the driver. A pill canister was recovered from the vehicle with a substance that field test positive for Methamphetamine. 

Foster was taken into custody then transported to the bates County Jail. A warrant was issued for Foster on 2 charges Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid { Felony D RSMo: 579.015 } and Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia { Misdemeanor D RSMo: 579.074 } a bond was set at $10,000 cash or Surety.
