Eldorado Springs man arrested in Rich Hill

On 1/12/2017 Bradley J McDonald age 28 male from El Dorado Springs was arrested in Rich Hill from a traffic stop conducted by Officer Denham. 

The arrest took place at 7th and Walnut St. vehicle was stopped for defective equipment headlight not working. A search of the vehicle by consent of the driver. 

A black pouch was located in the vehicle containing drug paraphernalia with residue and 2 small baggies containing a substance that field tested positive for Methamphetamine. 

Mr. McDonald was taken into custody and transported to the Bates County Jail. A warrant was issued for McDonald on 2 charges Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid { Felony D RSMo: 579.015 } and Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia { Misdemeanor D RSMo: 579.074 }
