Harrisonville man arrested Cass County

On 1/11/16 around 11:31am The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County was involved in a short chase after a vehicle failed to yield for them and eventually pulled into a residence on South Street in Harrisonville.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested the driver of the vehicle who was identified as 48 year old Michael Sutton of Harrisonville, Missouri and he was charged with the following:

1.) Felony driving while intoxicated 
2.) Failure to signal
3.) Driving while suspended
4.) Failure to yield to a emergency vehicle
5.) Failure to stop at a stop sign

Mr. Sutton was booked into the Cass County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
