One vehicle accident in Butler

The Butler Police Department along with Bates County EMS is on scene of a one vehicle accident on Orange Street just North of Adams Street across the road from Rayborn Storage.

A white 2017 Chevrolet has traveled off the roadway and struck a tree at this time.

The male driver from the state of Virginia sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.

The cause of the accident is unknown at this time and a investigation is pending. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Don's Tow of Butler.
