Aggravated Armed Robbery in ​​Louisburg Kansas

On Saturday, June 3rd, at approx. 10:04 pm, two white male subjects, wearing grey short sleeve T-shirts, black shorts, and orange masks covering their faces, armed with a sledgehammer and machete, entered the Dominator Fuel gas station and convenience store, at 115 Harvest Drive, in Louisburg. 
The subjects demanded the employees open the cash register. The employees did as instructed and the subjects took the cash from the register, and then fled on foot from the business. The robbery subjects were last seen running from the scene on foot near the 300 block of S. Rockville Road. No injuries were reported from the robbery.
Miami County Sheriff Deputies responded to the scene to assist, as did a Police K-9 unit from Johnson County Sheriff’s Office. The Police K-9 tracked the subjects’ path to an area near the 300 block of Rockville Road, where the track end. It is believed the subjects likely left the area in an unknown vehicle.
The Miami County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Unit is assisting and heading up the investigation of the robbery.
