City of Harrisonville Request for Proposals

The City of Harrisonville, Missouri is soliciting proposals to provide for the collection and disposal of residential and public facility solid waste and recyclable commodities. Proposals must be received not later than 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 20, 2017. 

Proposals submitted after that date and time will not be considered. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the City Clerk, Harrisonville City Hall, 300 E. Pearl St., Harrisonville, MO 64701 and labeled on the outside of the envelope “2017 Solid Waste Bid.” Specifications are available at Harrisonville City Hall, or online at www.harrisonville.com. 

The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive any irregularities with regard to the bidding process and to award a contract based upon the lowest, responsive, responsible Proposal based on the sole determination of the City.
