At about 7:30 this evening Officers of the Garden City Police Department received a report of a vehicle driving dangerously south bound on 7 Hwy. It was also reported one of the occupants displayed a firearm to passing motorist. Officers located and stopped the vehicle at 7 Hwy & F Hwy.
The vehicle was driven by a 27 year old woman from Independence and three passengers including one juvenile. Officers searched the vehicle and discovered a large bag containing a substance believed to be marijuana.
The occupants were arrested and taken to the Garden City Police Department where they posted bond. The juvenile was referred to the Cass County Juvenile Office.
