Mr. Downey was arrested for 1.) Felony Probation Violation Warrant - Assault 2nd Degree 2.) No Valid License Plates 3.) No Valid Drivers Licenses 4.) No Insurance 5.) Failure to secure a child under the age of 16 years old in a proper seatbelt 6.) No Seat Belt.
He was booked into the Polk County Jail in Bolivar, Missouri and he is currently being held on no bond.
