The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2004 Dodge driven by 59 year old Pamela J.Groblebe of Harrisonville, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a Modot sign and concrete culvert before coming to rest in a creek bed.
Pamela J. Groblebe sustained serious injuries in this accident and she was transported by life light to Research Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Johnson's Tow.
