On June 13th the Cass County Sheriff's Office investigated a tractor accident which resulted in the death of the property owner.
While en route dispatch advised that Dolan fire personnel had arrived on scene and determined that the victim, later identified as Gary L. Burns 69 year old of rural Cleveland, Missouri was deceased.
The Jackson County Medical Examiner arrived on scene and took custody of the victim’s body.
