The reporting party stated he had been asleep outside the residence on a couch that was about 30 feet from the truck. He woke to the sound of the truck pulling away from him. He observed the truck heading toward the Butler area.
The truck is a 1988 Dodge Dakota. It has reddish orange paint and the back window is sealed with duct tape. There were not any license plates on the truck since the owner had just purchased it a few days ago.
