Stolen Vehicle in rural Butler

The Bates County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a stolen truck this morning. The truck was stolen from a residence on State Route D in Butler, MO sometime this week.

It is a 1984 Chevrolet truck that is white in color. It has a regular cab with a long bed and a 4 inch lift.

The driver’s side window on the truck has been broken out. The front license plate on the truck is 5SW305. It has a Fort Scott Livestock plate on the back of the truck. There are clearance lights in the tailgate of the truck. 

The stolen truck does not have a lot of monetary value. But it does have a lot of sentimental value. The truck was owned by the victim’s deceased Father.
