Jacqueline Claire "Jackie" Thompson 

Jacqueline Claire "Jackie" Thompson of Harrisonville, Missouri was born February 24, 1930 in Portales, New Mexico the daughter of Jackson Larimore and Frances Lorean (Draffern) Maxwell. She departed this life in Saturday, June 3, 2017 surrounded by love and family at Crown Care Center, Harrisonville, Missouri at the age of 87 years, 3 months and 10 days.

Jackie was employed as a secretary for several doctor's offices in San Antonio, Galveston and Fort Worth, Texas until her retirement. She enjoyed being with her family, sewing, quilting and crocheting. Jackie had lived in Weatherford, Texas before moving to Harrisonville in 2005.

Besides her parents, Jackie was preceded in death by her three brothers, Thomas, Larry and Dale Maxwell.

Jackie is survived by four daughters, Linda Brown (Bill), Austin, Texas, Nancy Mestemaker (David), Weatherford, Texas, Joannie Queen, Liberal, Kansas, Gilda Scott (John Dreher), Harrisonville, Missouri; nineteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri. Burial will be in the Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville, Missouri.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family suggest that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Patriot Riders.
