Thomas Foster Donnell, Jr. was born December 13, 1952 in Kanas City, Kansas to Thomas and Betty Weatherman Donnell. He grew up in the Kansas City area and enlisted in the US Navy at the age of 18. Tom worked most of his life in construction as a roofer. He enjoyed his travels across the United States. Tom was a simple man, that will always be remembered for his kind and compassionate demeanor.

He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Donnell, Sr., sisters Elizabeth Lammert, Cheryl Bixey, and Julia Donnell along with a great-niece Chole Wadel. Tom is survived by his mother Betty Donnell of Butler, MO., sister Becky McKinsey of Ottawa, KS., brother Jeff Donnell, sister Lisa Jessup and husband Doug, and sister Cathy Wadel all of Butler, MO., along with numerous nieces and nephews.
