One dead following skid loader accident in rural Montrose

On July 11, 2017 just after10:00 a.m. Henry County Deputy Mitch Swindell responded along with Golden Valley Ambulance and Montrose First Responders to an accident involving a Case Skid Loader in the 500 block of SW 1151 Road.

Christina Jean Lindsay, age 27 of the residence was pronounced deceased at the scene by Henry County Coroner Dain Sisk.

Preliminary investigation would suggest that Lindsay was pinned between the arms and body of the Loader while she was reaching into the cab of the Loader. An autopsy has been scheduled and the investigation is continuing.
