The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2009 Honda CRV driven by 55 year old Thinh Le of Lakewood,Colorado struck a road sign while trying to avoid another accident.
A passenger in the vehicle 75 year old Cam NGyuen of Westminster, Colorado sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The vehicle sustained moderate damage and it was towed from the scene by Garwood's Towing.
