Learn about reptiles Aug. 24 at Battle of Island Mound State Historic Site

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, AUG. 10, 2017 – An evening of fun and education about reptiles will be offered Aug. 24 at Battle of Island Mound State Historic Site near Butler. The free program will begin at 6 p.m. in the site’s shelter house and is open to the public.

Guests will learn about the area’s remarkable reptiles, their habits, and habitats. The evening will feature live reptiles.
