Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol has recovered the rifle believed to have been used in the Sunday, Aug. 6, 2017, shooting death of Clinton Police Office Gary Michael, Jr. The rifle was reportedly found north of Clinton in Henry County.
39 year old Ian McCarthy is set to be arraigned on 1st Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action charges tomorrow morning.
