The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2012 Can-Am Spyder driven by 49 year old Edward L. Mildfeldt of Springfield, Missouri struck a deer in the roadway.
Edward L. Mildfeldt sustained moderate injures in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri for treatment.
The bike sustained moderate damages in this accident and it was towed from the scene by Bray's Tow of Osceola.
A second motorcycle a 2006 Kawasaki Ninja driven by 48 year old Karen E. Mildfeldt also struck a deer in the roadway.
She sustained minor injures in this accident and she was transported by ambulance to Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri for treatment.
