Update: Suspect in police shooting set to be arraigned on Friday morning

The suspect in the shooting of Clinton Police Officer Gary Michael is set to be arraigned via video on Friday morning from the Henry County Jail. The exact time for the arraignment is unknown at this time.

Yesterday the Henry County Prosecutors Office charged 39 year old Ian McCarthy of Clinton, Missouri with First Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action. He also has a Felony warrant out of the Manchester New Hampshire Police Department.
